Joe Biden: Barack Obama's "Effin' Retard" VP

Who knew?

Thank goodness, Vice President Joe Biden went on CNN to chat with Larry King Wednesday night. So many think things are not going so well for the Democrat administration, as The Ticket chronicled here.

Many Americans recall the ex-Sen. Biden's Democratic primary plans to give in to Iraq's fractious factions and carve the country into three territories. And even more probably recall Biden's boss' plan to halt the Iraq war years ago. As long as it got started anyway without the permission of the then state senator. [More]

Just when Barack thought it was safe to let him out of the White House alone, Joe "Stand up, Chuck! Let 'em see you" Biden goes off script again.

Biden, who built a second career out of criticizing the Iraq war and the surge in troops that followed it, now wants to take credit for the relative stability in that Middle Eastern country and count it as one of Obama's nonexistent "great accomplishments."

Can't necessarily blame Biden on this one. Obama has had a year of failures. From health care to the economy to unemployment, Barack's many failings and inadequacies for the office of President of the United States of America are self-evident. What's left other than taking credit for a policy of the administration that he does nothing but vilify. Pathetic.

Here are some of Biden's shining moments. What a moron.

Report: During "Victory Lap" in the Middle East This Summer, Barack Obama Played Politics With American Troops in Iraq

Playing War Politics overseas is in poor form

Obama tried to stall GIs' Iraq Withdrawal

WHILE campaigning in public for a speedy withdrawal of US troops from Iraq, Sen. Barack Obama has tried in private to persuade Iraqi leaders to delay an agreement on a draw-down of the American military presence.

According to Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, Obama made his demand for delay a key theme of his discussions with Iraqi leaders in Baghdad in July.

"He asked why we were not prepared to delay an agreement until after the US elections and the formation of a new administration in Washington," Zebari said in an interview.

Obama insisted that Congress should be involved in negotiations on the status of US troops - and that it was in the interests of both sides not to have an agreement negotiated by the Bush administration in its "state of weakness and political confusion."

"However, as an Iraqi, I prefer to have a security agreement that regulates the activities of foreign troops, rather than keeping the matter open." Zebari says.

Though Obama claims the US presence is "illegal," he suddenly remembered that Americans troops were in Iraq within the legal framework of a UN mandate. His advice was that, rather than reach an accord with the "weakened Bush administration," Iraq should seek an extension of the UN mandate.

While in Iraq, Obama also tried to persuade the US commanders, including Gen. David Petraeus, to suggest a "realistic withdrawal date." They declined.

Obama has made many contradictory statements with regard to Iraq. His latest position is that US combat troops should be out by 2010. Yet his effort to delay an agreement would make that withdrawal deadline impossible to meet.[More]

If true, and all indication seems to be that it is, Obama’s shameless attempt to keep American troops in Iraq for political gain must be exposed to the whole country. And he should drop out of the presidential race immediately.

Maybe the MSM can spare a reporter or two out of the dozens who have flocked to Wasilla and Anchorage to dig up dirt on Alaska Governor and Republican running mate Sarah Palin to look into Obama’s alleged treachery.

Like that’s gonna happen.

Picture Perfect Pick!

In a bold announcement that deflated the Democratic Party post-convention sail the day after the Obamessiah's ascension, Senator John McCain managed to re-energize the Republican Party by choosing Alaska Governor Sarah Palin as his running mate.

This is the perfect pick on a number of levels. Palin is a popular governor of a prosperous state. She has more executive experience as mayor and governor than Obama has ever had as "community organizer," state senator and U.S. Senator.

Palin is a true conservative: pro-life - Palin chose to have a child with Down's Syndrome knowing the challenges that accompany such a choice, pro-business, pro-market, pro-freedom and an evangelical Christian to boot. She is a member of the National Rifle Association and favors drilling in the ANWAR. Her oldest son is in the military and is about to be deployed on September 11.

Palin preempts Obama's choice of Biden.

Palin is a fresh, dynamic face, Biden is a 36-year Washington insider.

Palin has exective experience as governor, Biden has been an integral part of the Democratic Old Boys' Network for close to four decades.

Palin is telegenic, dynamic and a strong presence, Biden has hair plugs.

I would love to see Biden try his pitbull act on Palin. He won't have a prayer in the vice presidential debates.

Say goodbye to your post-convention bounce, Obama.
