I'm not sure what a "Brazuka" is. I am assuming it's a derrogatory term for someone of Brazilian origin. Since it's ok for liberals to be prejudiced and xenophobic, I'll let it go. No, Monica Lewinsky was not hot. Bill Clinton used her sexually. Sexual harassment has to do with a power differential. He was President of the United States. She was an unpaid intern. Get it? Of course you don't. The day Bill Clinton was impeached was the second most most satisfying day of his shameful presidency. The first was when he finally left office.
